Interesting words. I would like to hear your opinion on why you think Disgrace is associated with Frenzy? Or Brothers Karamazov with depression and Remains of the day with brilliance?
Great list. I must say, you take your reading seriously.
Keep up.
@ Madhuri:
Remains of the day - That novel is, as you would no doubt agree, a simple story told in the most engaging manner. The character and story telling are simply marvelous.
Depression - The poverty in his works, the compassion and whatever else that the Russian master inspires in us moves me so much that I feel a little depressed though that is a strange emotion getting kindled.
Frenzy - There are very few books that I have read hardly pausing to breathe and Disgrace is one of them. Things happen so quickly and the topic is so sensitive that I still remember feeling almost an uncontrollable inertia as I turned every page of that novel.

Thanks!
